Porsche Panamera Turbo owners who felt a little short-changed by their new car’s 3.9 second capability on the 0 – 100km/h run will feel quite relieved at the announcement of a new Powerkit for the model. Said to boost power from the standard 368kW (500bhp) up to
403kW (540bhp), the Powerkit really puts the Panamera in a league of its own. Peak torque is now 800Nm, up from 700Nm. The top speed is now 350km/h. Fuel consumption figures are the same as the 368kW model.US customers will be able to buy the kit from next month at US$21 730 as an optional extra. It also includes a Sport Design Package, new multispoke 20-inch Panamera Sport wheels.
