MERCEDES-BENZ C 63 AMG EDITION 507 FOR UK

Some lucky AMG customers in the United Kingdom will receive an early Christmas present in the form of the Mercedes-Benz C 63 AMG Edition 507. The limited-edition C 63 AMG will be available in the UK from July and feature some significant upgrades, including under the bonnet.

HONDA AND MCLAREN BACK IN FORMULA ONE BED

Honda is returning to Formula One. Again. Following its last exit from the world’s most expensive sport back in 2008, Honda did not even leave behind some engines for other teams to play with. But now it says it will be coming back as an engine supplier to the McLaren team from 2015. McLaren is currently being supplied by competitor Mercedes-Benz.

NEW 1.6-LITRE TURBO ENGINE FOR OPEL

Opel has released some details regarding their latest turbo engine, the 1.6-litre SIDI. SIDI is short for Spark Ignition Direct Injection, and is being hailed as an improvement over its predecessor. It will first be fitted into the Astra, and perhaps, but not confirmed, later into other Opel brand cars.
