Ferrari will
unveil the brand new Enzo supercar
at the end of 2012. And it will be the most powerful Ferrari of all time. Even more interesting, hybrid is a
word that’s been thrown about before. Well, Enzo will be a hybrid. According to company chairman Luca di Montezemolo, the new supercar
will come as a limited series.
Although di Montezemolo did not mention any power figures
for his car, some have suggested a 6.3-litre
V12, paired with an electric motor,
will push out a total system output of around 670kW. We expect the car to fly past the benchmark 0 – 100km/h time
in less than 3 seconds, possibly matching
the Bugatti Veyron’s official time
of 2.5 seconds.
No details of where exactly the car would be publicly unveiled, but Paris International Motor Show is a possibility, while Italy itself is more probable.
