BREAKING: NEW FERRARI ENZO TO BOAST HYBRID POWER

Ferrari will unveil the brand new Enzo supercar at the end of 2012. And it will be the most powerful Ferrari of all time. Even more interesting, hybrid is a word that’s been thrown about before. Well, Enzo will be a hybrid. According to company chairman Luca di Montezemolo, the new supercar will come as a limited series.

Although di Montezemolo did not mention any power figures for his car, some have suggested a 6.3-litre V12, paired with an electric motor, will push out a total system output of around 670kW. We expect the car to fly past the benchmark 0 – 100km/h time in less than 3 seconds, possibly matching the Bugatti Veyron’s official time of 2.5 seconds.

No details of where exactly the car would be publicly unveiled, but Paris International Motor Show is a possibility, while Italy itself is more probable.
