BUGATTI VEYRON GRAND SPORT L'OR BLANC COSTS R16 MILLION

Bugatti continues to stun the world with its creations, the latest being this Veyron Grand Sport L’Or Blanc. L’Or Blanc of course means “white gold” in French, and so we see a lot of white on the car. That it wears porcelain on its body and cabin is also something quite unique and special. Only one of these cars is being produced, at a price of €1.65 million (R16.2 million).

“At first, it seems to be an unusual idea to use porcelain in a car, especially in the world's fastest convertible,” comments Dr Stefan Brungs, Director of Sales and Marketing at Bugatti Automobiles. “But this is what Bugatti stands for: the realisation of exceptional ideas whilst striving for the utmost in quality and aesthetics. This allows us to continue Ettore Bugatti's heritage, who himself loved to experiment with new materials.”

The Veyron Grand Sport L’Or Blanc keeps its 16-cylinder, quad turbo engine with its 736kW and 1250Nm of torque. The gearbox is a 7-speed DSG, and it has a claimed 0 – 100km/h time of less than 2.7 seconds.
