BMW M6 GRAN COUPE INDIVIDUAL LAUNCH EDITION FOR CANADA

Some Canadian BMW buyers are in for a treat. BMW Group Canada and BMW Individual have put together a lovely little package for the lucky buggers who can afford to by the new M6 Gran Coupe. The package included First Class flights to Germany where they had a look at their new cars first.

Especially made for them is the M6 Gran Coupe Individual Launch Edition, which is slightly different from what everyone else will get. The customers were able to drive their cars over a distance of 1100km through Germany, Switzerland, Austria and Italy over four days. Each participant on this exclusive experience will also have the opportunity to be a part of a VIP experience at the 24h race and M festival at Nürburgring from today 17 May to the 21st. The trip includes first class accommodation, a drive from Munich to Nürburgring, participation in the M festival, a helicopter ride over the 24h race track during the race as well as a chance to visit the BMW test centre and meet the BMW racing team.

Nice hey. But what is the car about? Well it still has the same 4.4-litre twin turbo V8 petrol engine making 412kW and 680Nm of torque. The 0 – 100km/h sprint is said to come in 4.2 seconds, while top speed is limited to 250km/h. BMW says it will only sip 9.9 litres of fuel per 100km travelled.

On top of this, the M6 Gran Coupe Individual Launch Edition comes with an exclusive Pure Metal Silver paintwork, something called Silverstone stitching on the black leather surfaces, piano black trim and a Bang & Olufsen sound system among others.
