JAGUAR XF SPORTBRAKE "SPY" PICS "LEAKED"

In a move precedented only by BMW, Jaguar has leaked these “spy” pictures from its own sources. The car is a wagon version of the XF, which is called the Sportbrake. Mmhh, why is this very similar to Audi’s Sportback models? Anyway, South Africa is unlikely to import these wagons as our people are simply not interested in buying station wagons, whatever premium manufacturers opt to label them.

But for your interest, it is likely to be offered in at least four of the 6 available engines, including the 2.2-litre diesel with 140kW and 450Nm, a 3.-0-litre diesel worth 202kW and 600Nm, and an XFR pushing a shattering 375kW. The XF Sportbrake is expected in Europe in 2012 and will be the model’s first additional body derivative.
